The new pharmacy project involved 3,000 square feet of interior build-out in the hospital basement area. The project included AHCA and City inspections and occupancy approvals. Scope of work included: ICRA Level 4, Asbestos abatement, demolition, new finishes, negative pressure control, air quality control, mechanical, fire sprinkler, fire alarm and electrical upgrades.
